SI-H100 Sampling Type Fixed Gas Detector

The SI-H100 can detect a wide range of gases commonly used in semiconductor, optoelectronics, and other industrial processes, providing users with a complete gas detection solution. Features include a longer probe calibration cycle, comprehensive output and communication interfaces, and smart probe cartridges with adjustable sampling pump flow rates. The hot-swappable smart probe cartridges are pre-calibrated at the factory, allowing for plug-and-play operation. Replacing the probe requires no tools, making it extremely convenient and reducing the risk of human error and incorrect installation of malfunctioning probes.

The LED light is paired with an intuitive, image-based interactive LCD display, providing real-time gas readings and alarm status indicators that are easy to understand. Test and calibration parameters are protected by password settings.

The detector's compact size makes it suitable for installation in tight process environments, offering flexible power supply options and output choices. Standard outputs include three alarm relay outputs, 4-20 mA analog output, and Modbus/TCP Ethernet digital output. It also features an innovative Power over Ethernet (PoE) protocol, requiring only one Ethernet cable to fulfill power, control, and communication needs. Additionally, detector data can be viewed on a computer via a web browser.

The SI-H100 offers a cost-effective gas detection solution that can be integrated with PLCs and various monitoring systems. The built-in sampling pump can monitor atmospheric conditions up to 30 meters (100 feet) away, with an automatic flow adjustment function to ensure accurate detection. The optional Pyrolyzer module can be used to detect gases such as NF3, C4F6, C4H2F6, C5F8, and CH3F.
